Fibre Composite Technology

is the key of technology for modern manufacturing proceedings. The main advantage is to reduce weight whilst maintaining high stength.
In close co-operation with “fibretech composites”, located on our area, our company is investigating and developing the production of technologies, not only applying to boat building and ships.
The result are innovative products and technologies for maritime use, but also for security, aviation and space travel and wind industries.

Hulls, masts, equipment racks, furniture and gangways are all under current production. The Engineering for new parts involves construction drawings and calculation of strength (FEM Analysis).
Together with our partner “fibretech composites” and the University of Dortmund a carbon fibre moulding heater has been developed and patented.
Due to the systematic heating of the carbon fibre mould, especially large parts can be produced with power saving – an aspect with increasing importance in the windturbine industry.
